I grew up on AIM, Limewire, and World of Warcraft.
My career accidentally started at age 12, designing and selling forum signature graphics (or GFX as we called it at the time) to gaming communities with a totally legitimate copy of Photoshop CS2.
Today I lead design for applied AI at Paradox (recently acquired by Workday), where we're building conversational recruiting software that automates the work recruiters don't have time for.
Prototyping is how I build shared understanding. I believe the fastest path to the right solution is to build it, put it in front of people, and iterate like hell.
