About Mike Gonzalez

Mike Gonzalez is a design engineer and AI product designer in Phoenix, Arizona. He works across product strategy, interaction design, prototyping, and production code to make complex software feel clear and useful. This portfolio is for design and engineering leaders, collaborators, recruiters, and teams evaluating his work in AI product design, design engineering, conversational interfaces, systems thinking, and high-fidelity prototyping.

Mike currently builds creator tools at vidIQ. He previously designed enterprise conversational AI at Paradox, now part of Workday, where he worked on recruiting agents, candidate experiences, and tools used by enterprise teams. His practice connects product judgment and interaction craft with enough technical depth to test ideas in working software and carry strong concepts into production.

Selected independent projects include gonzXP, a browser-based tribute to Windows XP; Quadshot, an agent platform focused on AI employees for small businesses; prompt.cafe, a recipe tool that turns app ideas into structured prompts; and monarchOS, an experimental browser-based operating system. A protected Paradox case study covers enterprise recruiting agents and related product work that cannot be completely public.
